Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM ISA Consulting is seeking skilled consultants with SAP expertise specifically in SAP BASIS. In this role, you will be required to provide functional/technical expertise in SAP - You will have to lead IBM as well as client team members in completion of tasks towards achievement of goals.
- All positions are based in India and business consulting positions will require 100% traveling on project sites within India.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration with atleast 5 years of experience working with Indian clients.
- Provide thought leadership in design, architecture, and integration of various technologies, infrastructure, and hardware, database, and operating system platforms for large & complex SAP transformation engagements.
- Technical Counsel and value proposition to CIO, CTO, CFO and key IT executives on technical strategy, direction and projects.
- Respond to RFP,RFQ and write and review SOW for technical proposals.
- Expertise in hardware sizing covering all platforms for Greenfield / Brown field opportunities in all kind on infrastructure environments like On-prem, Cloud, Data Centres, Hybrid
- Create BOM for Cloud Proposals for GCP,AWS and Azure.
- Atleaset 5+ Migrations and Upgrade from earlier SAP versions to the latest SAP versions. in all kind on infrastructure environments like On-prem, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), Data Centres, Hybrid, etc.
- Expertise in Databases like Hana, Sybase and Oracle
- Experience of implementation of S/4HANA Greenfield projects in complex landscape
- Additional experience desirable in the area of Solution Manager installation, Configuration, Fiori Launchpad, Security, Authorization, etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Desirable experience in the area of Project management. And Program Management The skill set should include managing technical teams for projects and integration between functional and technical teams with extensive leadership skills.
- SME for Basis for All India SAP Projects
- Lead a team of basis team member across India.
- Excellent communication skills, as these are client facing roles
