In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.


Your primary responsibilities include:


  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Should be technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and its associated Recruiting features such as candidate status set, recruiting settings, career sites, agency setup and reporting areas.
  • Should be technically strong in Onboarding 2.0 and its associated Onboarding Features such as Onboarding Panels, Compliance Forms, Notifications, Security Permissions, Business Rules/Advanced Conditions, MDF Objects etc
  • Should have working exposure in Implementation and Support experience.
  • Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
  • Experience in interfaces
