Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
- Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with one Compensation projects
- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
- Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience working in Oracle HCM modules.
- Having very good knowledge of Compensation module and should have worked on Implemetation project.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good to have Core HR & Payroll module experience. Cloud certification is good to have
