Package Consultant: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

• Can perform all standard tasks as defined below under minimal supervision
• Customization and Configuration of Dynamics CRM from functional specifications.
• Should perform CE Functional activities E2E independently.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working with customers to facilitate the implementation and support of D365 CE modules using industry best practices
• Collaborate with customers to capture/document business requirements and conduct gap analysis, preparing pre-design documentation as well
• Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics CE Production, Supply chain, Demand forecasting.
• Defining D365 Customer Engagement /enhancement requirements for reports and business processes s etc. that a developer can use for D365 CE enhancements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• D365 Customer Engagement/ implementation experience, with participation in all the stages of project lifecycle
• Should have worked on data upload / migration activity in D365 CE portal.
