Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify, scout and onboard businesses by connecting with potential e-commerce merchants and leading end to end closure for payments integration
  • Manage end to end sales cycle - presentation, commercial negotiation with prospective merchants,coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live and maintaining close relationships with the merchants to drive product uptake and utility.
  • Build alliances with merchant partners by onboarding them and strive for deeper relationships through strategic partnerships.
  • Be the SPOC for the onboarded partner and resolve merchant queries including but not limited to operational , product and marketing with the support of internal teams.
  • Conducting in person/virtual meetings with potential and existing merchants to drive acquisition and volume.
  • Prospect and identify potential leads, build strong relationships with merchants spread across the e-commerce ecosystem. Drive and achieve merchant adoption for the product to achieve higher volumes in terms of payments processed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including but not limited to legal, product, marketing, finance,operations and engineering to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate:


  • Any Post Graduate with 6-9 years of work experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of payments/fintech industry with experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales is preferred.
  • Attitude & Aptitude for hunting as well as farming based B2B/Enterprise sales i.e. sourcing, closing and owning the account.
  • Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions
