Read more about the life in PayU here About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to drive the acquisition of platform partners in the B2B & other segments for PayU Payments. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of platform partners that can drive the growth and expansion of our payment solutions. This is a key role that will help build strategic alliances and expand our partner ecosystem to enhance the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification, engagement, and onboarding of platform partners across various B2B & other Segments.
Perform market research to understand industry trends, platforms & ERPs in the space.
Lead negotiations with potential partners, solutions on PayU products and close agreements.
Lead integration & product solutioning discussions with potential partners.
Establish and maintain regular communication with platform partners to ensure strong relationships, address concerns, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on partnership terms, onboarding, and product solutioning.
Develop and execute partner Go-To-Market strategies.
Share insights from partners and market feedback to improve product offerings, marketing collateral, and the overall partner experience.
Regularly evaluate the performance of existing partners to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partner/channel development, sales, or business development in the payments or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystem, payments products and GTM strategy.
Proven success in managing and acquiring platform partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting.
