About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager in the Outbound Sales Team at PayU, you will be responsible for driving sales through both online and offline channels. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of the digital payments ecosystem who are eager to grow in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve team and individual sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital payments sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements:
5-9 years of experience in sales, with a focus on digital payments or fintech.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the Digital Payments ecosystem.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
