About the Role:


  • Key Account Manager - Sales would be responsible for acquisition & servicing of Merchants acquired through online platforms. Role Involves reaching out to all merchants on daily basis who are registering through organic channels and helping them complete their onboarding journey.

Responsibilities:


  • Initiating and closing on Business proposals.
  • Assistance in onboarding journey.
  • Servicing on all Sales & basic lifecycle management queries
  • Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries.
  • Cross-sell of PayU Products to merchants.

Requirements:


  • PayU is looking fir self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can operate in highlighly competitive atmosphere.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Key Accoutn Management/Sales/Customer Relationship Management role.
  • Experience in Payments Domain is Mandatory.
