About the Role:
· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
· Create content (visual and verbal) catering to different platforms
· Analytics and reporting and deriving actionable inferences
· Monitor, optimize and grow traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
· Support internal teams to align with the overall marketing strategy
· Create and execute social media campaigns and supporting properties for brand campaigns
· Should have experience in and understand influencer marketing
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
· Experience in digital marketing – capable of writing and creating impactful and relevant digital ads.
· Manage relationships with creative agencies, partners and vendors
Responsibilities:
Stellar social copywriting skills – short form and long form
· Understanding of running media hands on
· Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies
· Ability to use analytics tools that track the success of campaigns and efforts and make recommendations based on quantitative analysis
· Eagerness to engage and build communities
· Strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends on the fly and leverage insights to draw sound recommendations
· Vital planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
· Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
Graduation – Any
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Masters – preferred in communication/marketing but not mandatory
