About the Team:


  • The Marketing Team at PayU is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to driving the company’s growth and establishing its identity as a leader in the payments and fintech space. The team plays a crucial role in creating impactful strategies and campaigns that resonate with customers, partners, and stakeholders. From crafting compelling brand narratives to executing data-driven digital marketing initiatives, the team ensures PayU remains at the forefront of industry trends.

About the Role:


  • ·       Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • ·       Create content (visual and verbal) catering to different platforms
  • ·       Analytics and reporting and deriving actionable inferences
  • ·       Monitor, optimize and grow traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
  • ·       Support internal teams to align with the overall marketing strategy
  • ·       Create and execute social media campaigns and supporting properties for brand campaigns
  • ·       Should have experience in and understand influencer marketing
  • ·       Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • ·       Experience in digital marketing – capable of writing and creating impactful and relevant digital ads.
  • ·       Manage relationships with creative agencies, partners and vendors

Responsibilities:


  • Stellar social copywriting skills – short form and long form
  • ·       Understanding of running media hands on
  • ·       Fluency with core social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends and strategies
  • ·       Ability to use analytics tools that track the success of campaigns and efforts and make recommendations based on quantitative analysis
  • ·       Eagerness to engage and build communities
  • ·       Strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends on the fly and leverage insights to draw sound recommendations
  • ·       Vital planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
  • ·       Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • ·       Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a keen ability to re-prioritize consistently
  • ·       Self-motivated, driven and willing to grow and learn

Requirements:


  • Graduation – Any
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Masters – preferred in communication/marketing but not mandatory
