The scopeof this position is not just limited to handle Manufacturing P&O activities for the 4 Factories at Goa belonging to SI EA, but also to support P&O Business partneringfor the entire location. Goabeing a growth location for SI business (withexistingBVaround9”INRandtotalHCapprox.1100,including3rdpartycontractlaborers)thispositioniscriticalfor SI EA P&O.


PartnersincludeLocationinCharge,FactoryManagers,AllEmployees,UnionMembers,GBS,BUHeads,ContractStaffing, SRE, HM, Government Authorities, Apprentices, Verna Industrial Association, CII & GCCI. The role structurally reports to the SI EA P&O BP.

TalentManagement

·PeopleStrategy:CollaboratewiththeP&OBusinessPartnertodevelopandimplementthePeopleStrategyforthe Goa location, aligned withthe Global P&O Strategy. Translate strategy into actionable P&O goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.


·EmployeeEngagement:RegularlyengagewithmanagersandemployeestoaddressP&O-relatedissuesproactively. Conductmonthlymeetingswithmanagers,departmentheads,andemployeestounderstandbusinessimperatives and ensure alignment with P&O goals.


SupporttheP&OBPinbuildingadiverseandrobusttalentpipeline.ProvideguidanceonappropriateP&Oprograms, processes, and policies based on the business environment and strategy.


·P&OInitiativesandProjects:ParticipateandactivelyengagewithP&OinitiativesandprojectsfortheGoalocation and EA BU. Maintain reports and data to support the decision-making process.


TalentAcquisition

CloselyworkwiththeTAteamalongwithP&OBPinexecutingrecruitmentstrategiestosupporttheexpansionplansin Goa. Collaborate with P&O BP to ensure that hiring practices are aligned with both global and local P&O strategies.


GovernanceandCompliance

ActivelysupportthegovernanceoflocallaborlawsandcomplianceforallfactoriesinGoa.Manageemployeerelations, contractor compliance, and grievance handling to maintain a positive work environment.


OperationsandDataManagement

·EmployeeDatabaseManagement:Maintainandensurethehigheststandardsofdataqualityinemployeedatabases (e.g., CHCM, e-list) in coordination with GBS colleagues.


·OperationalExcellence:ParticipateinglobalprojectssuchasOperations4Future(GIS&PAfactories)toensuretimely achievement of action points. Lead and coordinate location reviews and P&O BP presentations for local


management.


EmployeeLifeCycleServices

EnsureaccuratedeliveryofEmployeeLifeCycleservicesincollaborationwithGBScolleagues,fromonboardingtoexit processes.



EmployeeEngagementandCulturalInitiatives

·EngagementandEvents:Implementandcoordinateprograms,includingvolunteeringdrives,culturalevents, engagement activities, and outdoor team-building (OBT) events, tailored to the Goa location & EA BU.


·CommitteeLeadership:Participateintransport,cultural,andcanteeninitiatives,ensuringeffectivemanagementand execution.


AdditionalResponsibilities

·ManageNexus-relatedtasksforBPOs,positioncreation,statutorypayments,andotheradministrativeduties.


·OverseeSRMprocessesfortransport,events,uniforms,andotherrelatedactivities.


·Handleanyotherlocalrequestsasneeded,ensuringtimelyandefficientresolution.
