Job Description

1.Prepare Target planning and Forecasting


2.Ensure aligned and market relevant T&C between all channels considering customer cluster / subcluster


3.Portfolio: customer segmentation & definition of Out Bound customer group


4.Define / Review Out Bound customer group for 12 months, track / adapt after 6 months OB customer group's performance


5.Potential: Define the potential of attraction of new customers


6.Sales competency requirements (OB Agents, supervisor) and manual "How to work with customers?“


7.Calculate & ensure EBIT of the channel


8.Control sales process


-Get promo activities and promo calendar from marketing


-Collect information on new launched products, Define focus products


-Target setting per agent & customer


-Define & align OB targets with Sales operations


-Check global sales process & confirm / adjust / provide comments



Qualifications

- BE/MBA with 10+ years of experiences in the Sales domain including Outbound Sales
