How will you do it?

• Process the Customer Invoice with verificaton of document and as per the  customer PO.
• Proccess to know related to Order booking and contract.
• Submit Invoices to the customer through Email and take a confirmation
• Upload invoice on customer portal.
• Co ordinate with Business team for resolve the Invoice  and upload related issues.
• Provide daily billing updates to Internal Customers.
• Responsible for update daily tracker real time reports to be reviewed with department Supervisor.
• Responsiveness towards customer deliverable
• Response to queries on timely basis
• Maintain record retention on portal

Requirement & Qualification:

• 2+ year experience in billing.
• Essential -  Commerce Graduate
• Desired – Experience in any ERP application ( SAP Preferable)
• End to end knowledge of OTC, Billing Expertise,  Credit Rebill & Dispute Management
• Accuracy check and corrective action on error analysis.
• Fluent English (both Verbal & Written communication)
• Open for flexible work shift timings
