Location: Fully Remote


Hours: Monday-Friday (timezone TBD)

What We’re Looking For
 


We’re looking for a highly attentive person to join our Order Operations team. You will need to be able to work independently with little guidance and supervision. Within this role you will need to be forward thinking, working cross-functionally with various departments to process orders from customers and assist customers with any post-purchase billing questions.


This role also requires you to be able to continuously analyze and improve existing business processes. You will need to work closely with the sales teams, not only in your region but all areas of the business. You need to have an eagerness to learn and be a quick thinker.

What You’ll Do


  • Using Salesforce to review submitted quotes and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to order processing guidelines
  • Using Workday ERP System to verify invoices upon completion of orders and create credit adjustments accordingly
  • Managing emails and requests from all areas of the business meeting the SLA on response time while providing support and liaising with different departments to provide appropriate response
  • Proactively managing own workload as needed with little hands-on supervision
  • Communicate with customers and internal sales representatives to action issues and queries regarding salesforce/quoting and license keys
  • Work cross-functionally to identify problems, process gaps and assist in on-going process improvements
  • You will be required to assist with the workload to support sales for fiscal ends (month, quarter & year)  
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Who you are:


  • Independent problem solving and critical thinking is a MUST
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy with MS office required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Workday experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar fast paced environment is a plus
