Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis


  • Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in published output


  • Timely and high-quality completion of cases, according to established objectives


  • Support internal systems, methods and procedures to maintain compliance


  • Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements


  • Ensures all records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements


  • Leave management policy


  • Importance of login hours and schedule adherence


  • Contribution in ideas of process improvement


Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree


  • Minimium 1-3 years of experience in BPO/ITES industry
