Amazon Web Services is seeking a Order Partner Specialist to support our fast growing Professional Services practice. This is a unique opportunity that will give you hands on experience in operation across the countries in the APJ & EMEA that we support and drive high-impact, scalable solutions ultimately accelerating our enterprise customer’s journey to the cloud.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with Order-To-Cash (OTC) experience, strong relationship skills, experience in process enhancements across functions and geographies, and a pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering, problem solving skills, financial process and system knowledge, and a passion for customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the setup for all Project accounting for Professional Services ensure complete and accurate project and assignment set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects, while adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, revenue operations, and legal on the setup and approval process of ProServe engagements while demonstrating a sound understanding of the business.
- Deep knowledge of sales operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as CRM, BI and billing systems, where appropriate. Provides input and consultation to business operations and sales team to ensure understanding and consistency.
- Able to dive deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of project and assignment setup.
- Has a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Prepares and presents formal and informal presentations for business stakeholders.

- 3 years of experience reviewing Professional Services project agreements.
- 3 years of experience in Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) or other CRM with inputting, extracting and analyzing data.
- 3 years of experience working in a horizontal or matrixed business.
- Experience with SalesForce (SFDC) and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements
