An exciting opportunity for Order Manager have arisen to influence and shape the future of the MTU business in India. The roles involve working with business and external stakeholders to support the delivery of key programme milestones.

What you will be doing:


  • Supply chain management, Inventory control, Lean Management, Parts forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, coordination and alignment with Service Sales, Project & Service Center teams for parts requirements
  • Order processing on overseas & local suppliers, periodic review of open orders, follow-up for timely supplies, provide visibility on parts availability to Order Management Team
  • Maintain Service Index level, parts availability, support emergency requirements, handle imports & export processes, customs process, High Seas Sales documentation
  • Material master data & supersession management, Freight Forwarder, Warehouse, Transporter Contract Management
  • Ensure internal & statutory compliance, Follow ISO Processes / SOPs, Report Generation  

Who we are looking for:


  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain discipline
  • Good knowledge of SAP and it’s capabilities
  • 10+ years experience in Supply Chain Management & Inventory Control
  • Well versed with imports & export processes, customs process, High Seas Sales documentation, Inventory Analysis
  • Proven track record of operational KPI improvements & operating in a continuous improvement culture
