It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the ABB world. This is an important step from ABB’s Global Footprint strategy. PS Operation Center Services are System design, Primary side design, Secondary side design, Sourcing, Installation and commissioning. Your Responsibilities: Handling priority deliveries to support customer to meet their target. Order booking using SAP. Address change management request from customer. Support Order forecasting based on trend. Co-ordination with operation department to support customer on production status, priority deliveries, delivery delays, invoicing Providing Order acknowledgement to get the status of the order. Generating invoice for the orders. Verifying Invoice and disputes. Handling escalations from customer/client. Preparing and sharing reports/trackers to manage daily volume & monitor team productivity. Interacting with clients/customers in daily basis to discuss about areas of improvement. Doing pre-shipment and case management audit. Requirement Bachelor’s degree Should have 4-8 yrs. of experience. End-use working knowledge in SAP - SAP R/3 (ERP) Case management in SalesForce CRM. Very good communication & customer handling skills Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities. Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
