Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Specialist with expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ORMC) and system administration. The role will involve managing ORMC applications, managing user accounts and roles, ensuring compliance, and performing administrative tasks like user provisioning, role assignments, and system security management.


As a Subject matter expert, he will collaborate with a global Finance team and technical team, demonstrating how to effectively integrate Oracle Fusion technologies to deliver significant business impact. This role involves working closely with Finance Team and counter parts from IT. The candidate will also maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Responsibilities


Oracle Risk Management Cloud Support:


  • Provide functional and technical expertise and support for ORMC, including risk identification, compliance monitoring, and audit reporting.
  • Configure and customize ORMC solutions based on business needs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ORMC functionalities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide technical expertise to optimize risk management modules and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Support testing, deployment, and performance optimization of ORMC updates and patches.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on effective usage of Oracle Risk Management Cloud applications.

System Administration:


  • Manage user creation, role assignments, and data access requests in Oracle Cloud.
  • Monitor and remove terminated users, ensuring to remove from approval groups to prevent workflow failures.
  • User role removal for leavers/movers and ensure compliance with password policies.
  • Oversee system security and access control policies, ensuring appropriate role-based access.
  • Administer Oracle Cloud infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
  • Manage system access, security configurations, and user roles within Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to system crashes, slowdowns, or other technical problems.
  • Assist with backups, disaster recovery planning, and other critical systems management tasks.
  • Ensure proper configuration of Oracle environments (development, test, and production) to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate regression testing of new patches before moving them to production

Team Management


Incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of ~10 Oracle professionals, direct and guide them and be accountable for their deliverables


Essential Skills


Qualify for this role, the candidate must have:


  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in supporting and administering Oracle Cloud applications, specifically Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ORMC).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, configuration, and system administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Risk Management processes, including risk assessment, control management, and audit workflows.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud security, user management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead a team
