Oracle SPM Reporting / Callidus Reporting Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle SPM (Sales Performance Management) and Callidus tools.
• Analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation to create comprehensive reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
• Work on performance tuning of reports for efficiency and speed.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with Oracle SPM and Callidus updates and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and provide insights on reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Oracle SPM and Callidus reporting tools.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
