Job Description :


  • Responsible for security and access controls for E1.
  • Implement role-based access controlsand segregation of duties (SoD) policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Continuously observe E1 systems to detect security breaches, unauthorized access attempts, and potential threats.
  • Develop and implement security procedures and tools(such as AllOut Security, Q Software) to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Work closely with audit teams to control deficiencies and ensure timely remediation.
  • Extensive experience in implementing E1 security frameworks
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits to ensure alignment to security policies.
  • Configure and maintain security settings within the JD Edwards system, including password policies, authentication methods (SSO, Oauth2, SAML2.0) and data encryption.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and technologies to proactively prevent risks and improve security posture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CNC specialists, encouraging collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Lead and implement E1 system maintenance, upgrades, OS & WebLogic patches.
  • Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans to achieve RTO & RPO
  • Lead & Perform Tools Release Upgrade, JDE Localizations, Language Packs, & Setup 21 CFR Audits.
  • Install, implement and sustain Enterprise One & related components like Oracle WebLogic, E1 JAS-Servers, AIS mobility Components with Orchestration, Business Services Server and related package deployments.
  • Implement High Available and Load Balancing using F5
  • Implement ERP on Cloud Platforms (like AWS, Oracle Cloud Platform)
  • Design and Implement JDE Automation Frameworks using UiPath, Python, Run deck
  • Implement Monitoring Solutions using tools like Datadog, HP SiteScope, BPM, BSM & SolarWinds.
  • Develop ERP Key performance Indicators and Metrics Reports and Dashboards using PowerBI
  • Lead Performance Tuning & Scalability of JDE Applications as needed to support business growth.
  • Own Major Incidents Management with in-depth knowledge in Security & Administration along with Core ERP Business Process (Order to Cash, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Transportation).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously..
  • Collaborate with IT team members and business teams to support technology initiatives and resolve technical issues.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in the information technology field (BS Information Systems, BS Computer Science) and certification in information technology area.


Experience :


  • Role needs minimum 12-14 years of overall experience in IT with 2-4 years in a Lead role.
  • Minimum 6-10 Years of experience In Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Security & System Administration.

Skills Required:


  • Expertise in leading JDE Security /preferred using AllOut Security software.
  • Expertise across E1 releases 9.1 & 9.2.
  • Expertise in JDE AIS Mobility & Orchestration, Localization, language packs and 21 CFR configuration.
  • Familiarity with JDE Monitoring using Splunk and Datadog.
  • Hands on Exposure on AWS Services like EC2,EBS, EFS & Cloud Watch.
  • Expertise in Process Automation tools using -UiPath, Python and Rundeck
  • Deep understanding on crafting metrics using PowerBI.
  • Understanding of JDE Scheduling using BMC Control-M/Smart-Scheduler.
  • Implementation Knowledge of strategy for JDE Tools Upgrade, Data Center Migrations and Disaster recovery.
  • Proficiency in Optimizing Performance and Scalability of E1 Applications.
  • Expertise on JDE Core Integrations using AIS-BSSV-RTE-Dynamic Java Connectors.
  • Expertise on using SDLC tools like Jira, ServiceNow & familiarity with agile methodologies.
