- Strong technical configuration & development expertise.
- Experience in full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.Oversee 3-4 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on technical configuration and development.
- Client-site implementations and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior HCM consultants.
