Role: Oracle HCM Consultant 
Exp: 8+Years to 15 Years
Location : HYD/UAE

Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud/EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
• Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.
• Develop, test, and deploy system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle HCM best practices, security roles, and HR policies.
• Support data migration, integrations (HDL, PBL, Web Services), and quarterly updates.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues using SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, and Fusion Cloud tools.
• Customize and extend applications using OAF, Visual Builder, ADF, and OIC.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and prepare technical proposals.
