ROLE PROFILE: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Manager, this role will lead and support key technology objectives including ERP transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role holder will collaborate across the source to pay workstreams to focus on the end-to-end implementation phases of Oracle Cloud ERP solution working in an agile environment and also BAU on existing EBS version. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and connect applications implementation, deployment and administration. Lead functional configuration to support accounts payable processes Excellent knowledge of best practices and an understanding of industry trends and difficulties in Implementing Oracle Fusion Application and supporting the transformation. Balance multiple execution streams across internal partners, including new/innovative use cases. Strengthen your team to support the ERP transformation value realization. Provide quality oversight to multiple development and support initiatives Work closely with delivery leads to realize development and integrations scope to build project plans, resourcing and risk Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Experience in Solution Design; Preparing specification documentation; Designing process workflow; Identifying and resolving Gaps; Providing functional inputs for specifications, business process, and Post implementation Support. YOU'LL BRING: 15+ years of experience relevant to this position including 7 years of functional consulting experience and 7 Years of Technical consulting experience. Deep functional and configuration knowledge in Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Asset accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, AGIS, Tax Engine, Financial accounting Hub and Cloud reporting tools. Minimum 5 implementations of Oracle P2P and 7 years of support experience in modules like I-Procurement, Cash Management, GL, FA, AP, AR, Project Accounting and Intercompany, In addition, configuration experience is these modules is compulsory. Rich functional, technical and industry knowledge to diagnose complex issues and develop appropriate recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with senior partners and stakeholders. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve system issues. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and cultivate a positive working environment. Experience with both agile and traditional waterfall delivery methodologies Great at project management skills to lead, coordinate tasks, dependencies, risks and issues across various teams.
