The team serves as a bridge between Corporate Technology and LSEG central engineering, operations and compliance teams with the key focus of enabling our CT.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle Supplier Management Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Technology Delivery function.As an Oracle Supplier Management Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Oracle Procurement module within our organization with your primary focus to ensure the successful deployment of the Supplier Management functionality globally and to collaborate across the source to pay workstreams to focus on the end-to-end implementation phases of Oracle ERP solution working in an agile environment.The position requires solid technical/functional understanding as well as verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical audience.To be successful the Oracle Supplier Management Analyst shall complete all work you're doing to the highest quality standards followed at LSEG using standards and best business practices to ensure the solution is scalable to meet its current and future needs.Tech Profile/Essential SkillsProficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Procurement modules:Oracle Supplier Portal or iSupplierSupplier Qualification ManagementOracle Business NetworkProcurement (including Self Service).Purchasing.Functional Setup Manager (FSM)Oracle Cloud Reporting tools.Preferred Skills and Experience8 years of experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle ERP.Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Procurement modules:Accounts PayableCash ManagementSubledger AccountingGeneral Ledger.Strong experience working with Oracle Supplier Management module, including configuration, customization, and support.In-depth understanding of supplier data management principles, processes, and best practices.Global experience - Working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously.Experience and knowledge of large scale, global, change programs.Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations.Background in working across several different sectors both business and IT related projects/programs.Knowledge of technology estates and technologies desirable.Education and Professional SkillsProfessional qualification or equivalent.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degreeSolid English reading/writing capability required.Strong communication & articulation skills.Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.Agile related certifications preferable.OtherLSEG champions a culture committed to the growth of individuals through continuous learning, mentoring and career growth opportunities.LSEG nurtures a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.
