vAbout the role:


As an Workforce Management Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the Workforce Management Process by analyzing the configurations, business process and defining the integration landscape.In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, such as HR business, Digital teams to ensure business objectives are met. You will work various HCM tools and having an experience on previous HCM implementation in Time & Absence modules will be advantage.


The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an highly matrix environment, has a passion for problem solving and is comfortable working with Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Absence Modules.


You will be functionally reporting to the Senior General Manager.


vKey responsibilities of the role:


Your key duties include:


·Understand business requirements, perform feasibility check and provide solution.


·Work closely with Capability leaders to understand the Roadmap of the Time&Absence implementation.


·Work with vendor and understand product roadmap, new features to improve our business processes.


·Explore new features, perform POC and present to the stakeholders.


·Be part of vendor community to be on top of product issues, solutions


·Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align from end to end impact of the feature, requirements we are working on.


·Produce solution/functional design documents.


·Setup the product workshops, gather requirements, and create solutions that is fit for the purpose.


vKey skills and requirements:


Required:


·8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence Modules.


·Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in OTL(Time) and Absences


·Must have implemented OTL and Absences for Enterprise Customers


·Extensive knowledge in Time and Attendance business process.


·Have experience in running the workshops with the business, Demo of the product, and capturing the requirements.


·Propose the solution to the critical business process.


·Ability to produce requirements gathering documents, and Solution design documents.


·Experience of working through Agile methodology


·Excellent Communication and presentation skills


·Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs


·Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.


·Experience in stakeholder management.


·Fusion HCM absence certification is mandatory.


·Have strong collaborative mindset Excellent oral and communication skills.


·Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio


·Fluency in English
