State Street Corporate Finance IT team is leading a Cloud Transformation Program to modernize and redesign entire finance technology and process landscape globally, incl. North America, APAC and EMEA regions.


We are looking for Oracle ERP Env Config Support resource to support both Oracle R12 and Oracle Cloud applications and needs to have hands-on with environment, configuration, code deployment and change management process and will have a passion for driving these independently by coordinating with all stake holders.   


As part of Oracle ERP Env Config Support, you will:


  • Manage all Oracle R12 on-premise and Oracle cloud instances and plan to execute the projects.
  • Expertise in GIT hub process for doing all code deployments.
  • Expertise in industry standard configuration tools to ease the configuration process across the instances.
  • Expertise in Change management process to handle our monthly and quarterly releases.
  • Expertise in managing OCI console administration activities.   
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal customer support and product teams
  • Respond to critical production operational issues and follow up with the team for resolution.
  • Coordinate with different teams on the integration points and bring resolution to the problems.
  • Monitor the application through tools and take appropriate steps to prevent failures and restore the service.

Skills:


  • Oracle Cloud ERP and or Oracle R12 experience
  • Expert in navigating Oracle Instances to be able to do configurations with a configuration workbook.
  • GIT Hub code deployment
  • Change management process for production releases
  • Configuration tools like Config snapshot to ease the configuration process across the instances.
  • OCI console
  • Experience in Oracle ERP Reporting tools – BI Publisher & OTBI
  • JIRA
  • Prior experience of working in a bank is a plus
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications 
  • Oracle OCI experience is preferred 
  • AI capabilities
  • Oracle Integration Cloud
