EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud.
• In depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Excellent Functional Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, iExpense, AR, CM, GL and Accounting and Process Flows.
• Solid Implementation experience of Fusion Financials Cloud ((7 to 8 years or more in Cloud, preferably in a lead role) of Fusion Financials Cloud (preferably for a large financial services company).
• Need focus on guiding and assisting Business through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need of system enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Senior enough to be able to independently handle Business expectations.
• Gather business requirements through business process workshops.
• Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial Applications.
• Go-live preparation and cut-over and hyper care support.
• Prior experience leading or managing projects.
• Configure the financial modules to align with Business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• 1 to 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with real life Accounting Experience is preferred but not required.
• Goes without saying the candidate has to be a team player with very good attitude and experience working with Global teams.
