Job Title: Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12 - Supply Chain Management Functional Senior Lead
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12 Functional Senior Lead specialized in Supply Chain Management with over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the implementation and optimization of Supply Chain Management solutions within the Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management implementations using Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize the Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management modules.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct user training and support post-implementation activities.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on Oracle Ebusiness Suite enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12, specifically in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of SCM processes including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Logistics.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
