Position: Oracle DevOps Fusion SMC Functional
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7-10 years


JobDescription
 


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in at least full project lifecycles of SCM modules implementation.
  • Experience minimum in any of the following 4modules:
    • Purchasing
    • Procurement Contracts
    • Inventory
    • SQM
    • Supplier Portal
    • SS Procurement
    • Sourcing & Product Hub.
  • Should have excellent skills in documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, solution design and experience.

Responsibilities
 


  • Act as the first point of contact for functional queries from end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issues requiring development or configuration changes.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and effective use of Oracle Fusion Application features.
  • Conduct training sessions or create training materials fo rusers.
  • Evaluate and document change requests or enhancements.
  • Perform configuration changes in Oracle Fusion Applications based on business needs.
  • Conduct system testing for patches, upgrades, or configuration changes.
  • Support User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) by preparing test cases and assisting end-users.
  • Monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion Projects and other modules.
  • Work with other functional analyst store solve cross-module issues.
  • Liaise with Oracle Support for unresolved issues or service requests.
  • Ability to work independently andmanagemultipletaskassignments.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations and solutions.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect system changes or enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and usage to idetify improvement opportunities.
  • Validate functionality after system upgradesorpatches.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements or automation.
  • Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion features and recommend their adoption beneficial.
