The Ops Support Specialist 5 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to:
- Providing robust solutions to NAM employees queries coming on HR Help Center through cases or emails
- Prioritize requests by fulfilling the Employees’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior
- Should be able to multitask, manage assigned tasks by meeting or exceeding productivity benchmark along with utmost accuracy
- Provide regular status updates for assigned tasks to manager and larger audience
