Job Description

Job Overview
Supports IQVIA translations Commercial, Sales, Pricing and Finance departments to achieve their business goals. 
Manages IQVIA translations financial processes including invoicing, billing and payments to linguist services suppliers.
Manages project financials including budget, quoting, receivables and payables among others.


The work includes the management of internal and external emails, preparation of working materials, excels, Powerpoint and any kind of Admin work to support the above departments in their daily operations. 


Essential Functions: 
Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing
Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others.
Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs
Sales and account management administrative support
Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies
Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams
Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform. 
Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.
