The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for an Operations Specialist who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with sellers, sales, and support teams to identify fulfillment issues faced by sellers and help alleviate their acute and short-term challenges. You will also partner with marketing, category, and product management teams to drive discovery of local shops through merchandising and build long-term features to improve the overall seller and customer experience on Amazon.in.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost visibility of locally-amenable products both on and off Amazon.in.
• Lead core merchandising efforts during high-velocity sale events to drive key business and marketing metrics.
• Monitor operations performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure metrics meet established goals.
• Gather and analyze seller feedback and contact data to identify experience improvement opportunities, working with Product Managers to develop and implement solutions.
• Monitor and improve marketing campaign performance and seller engagement.
• Be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with two other days off during the week.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to communicate effectively (Read, Write, Speak )
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service delivery or digital sales
