The position
As an Operations Specialist -l at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Define, build, and operate the Citrix and Virtualization service, providing technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT).
  • Perform Incident, Change, and Problem Management in alignment with the scaled Agile framework as a delivery team member.
  • Act as a Technical consultant during major incidents and critical outages for PSnet Citrix Infrastructure issues reported.
  • Standardize global Product Supply platform, manage IT Infrastructure operations, and ensure compliance.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationships and oversee Citrix Infrastructure services across Psnet (Product Supply IT).

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure Operations and Technical Services.
  • Relevant 4+Years experience in Citrix and Virtualization.
  • 8+ years of experience working with key stakeholders and decision-makers outside India in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Professional level certifications in Citrix or related virtualization areas.
  • Work experience and good knowledge in Infrastructure qualification, compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, and GxP knowledge.

The position is based in the  GITO Production Infrastructure area where we deliver one global production network to Product Supply - being the trusted partner to PS by delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions - innovation, advisory, build and management. We bring value to the business by Reducing time-to-market by having uninterrupted manufacturing through stable IT infrastructure and pro-active service monitoring. Securing flexible cloud solutions offering advantages over on-premises IT (fast spin-up and close-down).Improving data connectivity and availability to enable Electronic Batch Records for faster product releases. Proactively collaborating with PS and CMC ensuring that production infrastructure meets the business needs for scalability and digitalization and Encouraging learning culture will create motivated and engaged teams and a better understanding of business needs.
