About the team
This role is a part of our OPF Team. Team works on providing L2 application support FIS hosted Payment solutions to clients in APAC region. We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced support analyst senior to our growing team. The role is to provide L2 support, examine mistaken payments along with incident management, change management, problem management. day to day processing of files and fixing the production issues that may arise and require further investigation and resolution
What you bring:
- Looking between 6- 10 years of experience.
- Must be open for 27*7 Shifts.
- Good experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, file Uploads that come from schemes
- Good experience in Configuration changes, Business Validations for all Changes/Releases that goes to PROD, AWS File Transfer operational functional support for File movement.
- Closely work with Developers/L3 team to provide correct analysis and solution.
- Supports and configured AWS services for overall processing.
- Follows escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and other standards for the job.
- Coordinates testing of applications, systems, processes and procedures, hardware and/or software changes. Be included in rotating on-call schedule.
- Lead and assist with resolving incident response and technical investigations as needed.
What you will be doing:
- Overall experience of 6-10 years
- Good experience in Bit Bucket, SVN, GIT, Maven , CI/CD.
- Knowledge on banking or payments domain.
- Good experience in Databases – Oracle, MQ – IBM MQ, Log monitoring -SPLUNK and typical log files via unix/linux machine,OS – Unix/Linux
- Good to have – Docker . Kubernates, AWS services (S3 Storage, CloudWatch, AWS EKS)
- Good experience in Jenkins, Artifactor, Change Management ,ServiceNow, Jira
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
- Knowledge of financial services industry.
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
