Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and
coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the
General Manager. - Handle day-to-day operations-related tasks
- Play a active role in positioning of the hotel.
- Contribute effectively to guest experiences, manage all guest responses,
organize guest meet ups, work with line team members to develop guest
experiences, make operations smoother and easier. - Identify, analyze and support the improvement of existing business processes to optimize performance
- Work closely with sales & marketing and Revenue teams to enhance and
optimize the over all performance of the hotel. - Execute related ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management/MBA in Hospitality Management.
- Must have prior experience in a management role.
- Experience in profit and loss responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
