Role Description
Audit and Balance confirmation Team provides confirmation about the business relationship of a customer on a certain date upon receipt of request from the client. This process is spread across throughout the year. The final consolidated confirmation from all stakeholders gets dispatched to the respective Customer and Auditor.
The primary objective is to deliver a highquality service compliant with bank values and beliefs.

Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for supervision and execution of plan for timely and quality delivery of RTB operations as per SLAs and process metrics operations (check controls, targets, deliverables, client interaction, handling escalation & exceptional cases and follow up of all technical / process issues until resolution)
- Applies business strategies and objectives complying with all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to deliver high control environment in agreement to SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs.
- Highlight and update leadership on process, development and people timely on achievements & challenges to take necessary action on time
- Reflecting strategic thinking in planning and execution of yearly targets in terms to standardize the process, eliminate risks and gaps and provide quality output to stakeholders & client
- Provides direction, support and guidance to direct reports and functional teams within own area of responsibility to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Maintain good relationship with team, cross functions, clients and stakeholders to continuously provide a level of confidence through regular updates and meetings
- Actively supports the COO strategy, plans and values, contributing to yearly targets of the organization and continuously improve process
Your skills and experience
- Knowledge of Audit Confirmation and Bank Report
- Experience in Offshore Banking Operations
- Excellent English communication skill
- Knowledge of Banking Operations and Transactions.
- Advance MS-Excel and Word
- Computer know-how
- Good operational skills, and ability to work independently
- Good understanding of investment banking and products
- Good data analytical and presentation skills with innovative approach and ability to manage stress
- Self motivated, quality driven, decision maker to take ownership of challenging situations
