As an Operations Automation Analyst in OTS, you conduct intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy and deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations function.
Job Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using the Unqork platform in advanced application development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions in requirement analysis.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability in optimization and performance tuning.
- Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and reliable applications in quality assurance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team in mentorship.
- Stay updated with the latest Unqork features and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions in innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Unqork platform.
- Unqork Certification: Professional certification in Unqork, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web technologies and experience with integration of APIs and third-party services.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to design effective and efficient solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications in related technologies or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading projects or teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Knowledge of specific industry domains (e.g., finance, healthcare) to better understand business needs and challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the no-code/low-code space.
