As a Business Associate within our team, you will bring structure and discipline to each initiative by utilizing standard project deliverables and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include establishing project scope and conducting detailed business impact analyses to support management decisions. You will also define roles and responsibilities, document requirements, and address resource and scheduling conflicts. Additionally, you will escalate and resolve issues, manage changes to project scope, document and complete testing requirements, and create and manage implementation plans. You will lead or participate in meetings at both the operational and project levels, providing continuous feedback on project status and issues. As the overall escalation point, you will ensure that projects remain aligned with original expectations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Document business requirements, detail issues and risks, and draft business processes and data flows.
  • Collect, synthesize, and translate data into actionable solutions.
  • Identify gaps between requirements and current procedures/controls, and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
  • Collaborate with business partners to design and implement process enhancements and new toolsets.
  • Engage in process re-engineering to improve existing processes and business applications.
  • Develop and implement solutions to strengthen business models, enhance client experience, and improve efficiency and controls.
  • Define user acceptance test plans and test cases, and coordinate and execute testing.
  • Interpret, assess, and communicate test results to enable signoff on deliverables.
  • Provide implementation support, including testing and process change management, ensuring compliance with Oversight and Control requirements.
  • Work independently with minimal direction, keeping management informed and escalating issues as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 


  • Possess at least 5+ years of experience.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Have advanced experience with AWS, Python, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
  • Show strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues, following through with set objectives.
  • Engage with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes.
  • Thrive in a high-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, meeting tight deadlines, and organizing and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high performance on high-profile, time-sensitive initiatives.
