Job Description

The IPB Operations Strategy, Governance & Communications team is committed to shaping and executing the strategic vision for Operations. This vision is anchored on three core pillars: Business Process Re-engineering, Operations Modernization, and Business Transformation.


As a Transformation Associate, you will be pivotal in driving initiatives that help Operations achieve the Target Organizational Structure, support Business Transformation, and modernize processes and tools.


In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop solutions for Operations or collaborate with our Technology partners by designing processes and requirements for Technology implementations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Identify and solve business problems: Focus on improving processes, implementing technology solutions, and automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and design business processes: Ensure that automation targets the most effective processes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Project teams: Work together to utilize existing technology projects for scalable solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize initiatives: Organize and prioritize projects based on stakeholder requests and business needs.
  • Integrate strategic vision: Align operations across various departments like Credit, Onboarding, Tax, and Investment Operations with the overall strategy.
  • Work with stakeholders: Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop automation tools: Create tools to automate parts or entire processes within Operations

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:


  • Proven experience in business analysis: Demonstrated ability to drive operational change effectively.
  • Proficiency with intelligent automation tools: Skilled in using tools like Alteryx, Python, UI Path, Unqork, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively, with an inquisitive and quick-thinking nature.
  • Proficiency in MS tools: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of business processes: Ability to align process improvements with strategic goals.
  • Identify process weaknesses: Capable of pinpointing weaknesses to prioritize transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with diverse teams: Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and working with diverse groups.
