As an OTC Derivatives Operations Analyst, you will support a global and diverse client base. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of primary functions, including: Affirmation and settlement of transactions,daily segregation of client money, management of credit event, client valuations, regulatory and tax reporting. You will facilitate transaction execution through a 'best in class' systematic control framework, ensuring seamless integration between our risk systems (Athena, GPS, Kapital, Pyramid) and vendor platforms (DTCC, TIW, Markitwire, SmartDX). SmartDX is a licensed external Vendor application.  It is the preferred strategic document generation solution and content management. 


Job responsibilities 


  • Design, build and maintenance of high quality SmartDX templates across OTC Derivatives and Structured Securitization products
  • SmartDX Release management and Regression testing
  • UAT testing on linked applications impacting SmartDX Templates
  • Stakeholder’s interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle
  • Writing specifications, conducting gap analysis and requirements gathering.
  • MIS Reporting and performing analysis on template breaks
  • Drive project initiatives to increase efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • You must have at least 2+ years’ experience in a SMART COMM / Thunderhead Developer role.
  • Advance Template Designer / Business Content Studio - create template documents, shared contents, style sets, inline scripts, script library, using foreign objects, Batch Config, etc.
  • Data Modeler / Business Objects – create DTDs and Schemas
  • Layouts – create Print, Word
  • Release management, Unit/Regression testing, Debugging, utility tools to reduce manual efforts, etc.
  • Technical Experience in XML/XSLT, Java Scripting.
  • Flexible with EMEA shifts timings and 3-day/week work from office.
  • Prioritizing workloads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.
