About the Job

As a Reporting & Analytics Lead, they are responsible for managing the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions as well as providing analytics as needed for the SA-MEA Cluster.

Key Results:

• One source of truth - Reports are used cross-functionally.
• Best practice present in the department, maximise efficiencies and user-friendliness
• Provides accurate data and dashboards for key meetings (i.e. Investment Reviews and Hindsighting)
• On time delivery of decks for meetings (IR/S&OP) as well as Analystics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports Development and Maintenance: maintains the current defined reports (i,e, latest information in MiniUniverse, Core List, etc.).
• Foster business process enhancements and changes to support efficient ways of working.
• Promote standardisation across SA-MEA of processes and tools wherever possible.
• Build for the future: constant assessment of support information and processes to support improvement where necessary.
• Maintains MPIM timelines (in collaboration with Merch Ops)
• Perform Seasonal housekeeping of the Commercial Planning, Sharepoint and Webi folders
• Partnership: lead cross functional collaboration (IM, MP, Merch etc ..) to supply information solutions that promote simplification, better decision making and efficiencies.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure communication and action is aligned between the teams.
• Collaborate with Training Lead when there are trainings or introduction of new tools.
• Collaborate with planning teams and IM on ensuring information is most accurate before publication.

• Facilitates the creation and actioning of, but not limited to, following Key Reports: Business performance review / investment review / hind-sighting / ageing report / item plan control / assortment shares etc.

About You

• Education: University degree in business, computer science or equivalent
• Work in an international environment, with cross countries entities
• Experience in business analysis related function (Fashion can be an asset)
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Has Project management experience is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:

• SQL and able to write code
• Knowledge of advanced Excel Skills, VB, BI/Webi/HANA SAP, Visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Story telling though analytical and problem-solving (solution driven).
• Good timeline discipline.
• Proven track record of learning new systems at a subject matter expert level
