Job Description:


  • Reconciliation of books of accounts of investments and custodian banks.
  • Managing bank/cash reconciliations on daily basis and resolve discrepancy, if any.
  • Reporting discrepancies and cash balances.
  • Analysing & record-keeping of the bank transactions on a daily basis.
  • Execution of banking transactions and matching of bank deposits.
  • Working on position reconciliation as per SLA.
  • Preparation of budgets, deliver end-of-day P&L and pricing statements to management.
  • Monitoring and analysing the Cash Flow and conducting due diligence.
  • Identify and facilitate issue resolutions in a timely manner and escalate where applicable.
  • Liaise with internal teams, custodian, banks, locally and globally, to address bank transaction and trade related enquiries and issues.
  • Reconcile, monitor and post corporate actions.
  • Prepare weekly and month-end reports.
  • Analysing & auditing of bank accounts.
  • Assisting and reviewing of draft financial statements.
  • Assisting with Audit queries.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all bank/trade related data.
  • Trade accounting with custodians of international markets (US, LSE & Luxembourg markets).

Job Specification


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking/middle office.
  • Knowledge of Accounting entries & various treatment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be flexible and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments.
