Operations Analyst – Adobe Advertising  


As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for publishing business critical dashboards, driving strategic insights that can help business move forward and partner with multiple stakeholders to program manager important deliverables timely.


What you'll Do


  • Work Closely with Ad cloud team and publish relevant metrices – Adv. Revenue, Spend, Growth, Adoption, Renewal, attrition.
  • Govern the data integrity in internal systems for Project stage, Project Status (Red/Yellow), Project Expiry and other project related metrics within assigned industries.
  • Flexible to support Ad-hoc Analysis and should be a pro for recommendation in system/process improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests for leadership on forecast, backlog, project staffing, project health, etc.
  • Monitor XX% Increase in Revenue/Resource, Renewal Rate, % of accounts covered, tracking hybrid across customers, Win Rate, Attrition Track/ rationale, Adoption Tracking, spend growth, CSAT, Presales/POC’s Effectiveness, Zendesk Monitoring – Enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solid Understanding of Power BI. Experience in developing custom reports tabular reports, matrix report.
  • MS Office tool expert i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Flexible to support team during late hours calls whenever happens.
  • Should be flexible enough to support multiple teams and Deadlines and stretch as per business need.

What you need to succeed


  • Proven successful Program management experience, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications and solutions with overall 5 - 6 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of power BI is must.
  • MS Office tool expert i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or similar field
  • Innovative/Inquisitive thinker with high attention to detail, and thoroughness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated issues.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with Counter-partner.
  • Proven technical ability to understand the impact of changes that happens in the business and adapt to them also bring in their level of insights to improve and plan business opportunities.
  • Prior experience in traditional business consulting would be an asset
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You are a self-motivated individual, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
  • Able to motivate other project team members, even under high pressure
  • Flexible to support team during late hours calls whenever happens and be able to support multi regions.
  • Should be flexible enough to support multiple teams and Deadlines and stretch as per business need.
