Job Overview:
Under guidance, contributes to the improvement of operational metrics (revenue, gross margin, operating income, utilization, client satisfaction, and opportunity pipeline) through the execution of portions of operational processes and procedures. Assists with the implementation of process improvements.
Essential Functions:
• Supports operations initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, billing, project profitability reports, support the passthrough compliance process, and other operations systems and infrastructure projects.
• Proactively develops knowledge of business and function.
• Assists regional functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress, and highlighting potential issues as opportunities.
• Documents and coordinates processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow-up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans.
• Maximizes profit in line with customer contracts, revenue recognition.
• Monitors project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Coordinates with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
• Analyzes financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Provides support in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Interpret data and provide insight for decision making.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to focus on process and detail.
• Good PC applications (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet) skills.
• Business fluent in English.
• Master's Degree Req
• Four (4) years of relevant operations experience or working knowledge of IQVIA products and systems Req
