Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, operations, and staff supervision, ensuring that all departments operate efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Manage and lead a team of department heads (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support organizational goals.
- Maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, and implement relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage staff training, development, and performance reviews to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues and guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across departments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and staff management.
