• The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of service provision and ensuring that targets are met.
• The Team Leader is expected to work effectively within the team and close with all stakeholders, to deliver best support and drive service improvements.
• The Team Leader will offer specialist advice and support on related issues, ensuring the effective management of all incidents and service requests.
• This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationships within and beyond the team, to ensure that a consistent, high-quality service is delivered by the team.
• This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a broad range of functional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading day to day operations.
• Leading assignments, rotation, and delegations across the team.
• Communicating changes such us new support scope, new processes and other decisions affecting/influencing standard operations.
• Sharing monthly and yearly feedback about individuals with the Manager.
• Supporting and guiding team members in their daily operations.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Contributing to a pleasant and inspiring working environment.


With minimum 10 years of adequate experience
