Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the GMS global standards (GCAG, GFSG, GHDC) exception process, which includes leading exceptions calls, creating agendas, tracking/oversight of exceptions and stakeholder communication.
- Responsible for end-to-end projects for new GMS industry codes and MCC set ups, including intake, mapping for SEIMS and Genesis, bi-annual enterprise-wide communication, and leading collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the project life cycle.
- Lead, support, contribute to other GMNS standards projects as needed.
- Assist the GMNS Data Quality team with key transactional data remediations.
- While these describe the overall responsibilities of the position, additional duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong project management experience.
- Effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority.
- Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret information, draw business conclusions/connections and make recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- High degree of comfort, agility, and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic, changing environment.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Merchant Processing knowledge including SEIMS, Genesis, and Merchant Acquisition.
- Working knowledge of the GMNS standards (GFSG, GCAG, GHDC, Network Specifications, Global Codes & Information Guide, etc.)
- Ability to partner with internal teams, assisting with certification & testing requirements, E2E UAT/Certification experience preferred.
- Ability to influence Partner Management/CLM teams and lead key data quality remediations and other related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master's or other advanced degree preferred.
- Strong power-point & excel skill.
Ability to query Cornerstone/Lumi & BI tool knowledge is a plus
