Job DescriptionPurpose of the role
To support PBWM with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support with day-to-day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution with regards to accounts, products and services.
- Support the management of the banks client relations to clearly identify their needs and provide a service that meets expectations.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
- Development and implementation of Private Bank and Wealth Management procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on Private Bank and Wealth Management performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Private Bank and Wealth Management Services.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Private Bank and Wealth Management efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The core activities/responsibilities for this function are mentioned below-
- Execution and Settlement of Transactions for Wealth, PMS and Advisory Clients-
1) Exchange Trades – Equities & Derivatives
2) Mutual Funds
3) Bonds, MLDs, IPOs
4) Managed Products,
- Maintenance of Security Masters & daily Pricing across product
- Processing of investment payments, Asset Transfers, recording of income receipt
- Resolving Daily Reconciliation Breaks and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Sign-off to be provided to the Client Reporting team for sending Monthly Client Statements
- Ensuring timely completion of BOD / EOD process
- Supporting processing of Fees like Advisory Fees, PMS Management Fees
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure flawless operations of Transaction Execution and reconcilitions
- Work towards the service levels and TAT are met.
- Enhance operational efficiency
- Coordination with internal stake holders like – Bankers, Compliance, Technology
- Coordination with external stakeholders like – Fund Houses, Bank, Custody, Product Issuers
- Timely escalations to senior management
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- CA/MBA/Post graduate (Commerce)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Fair understanding and experience of security market products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Equities, PMS) and processes
- Fair understanding of SEBI regulation pertaining to Mutual Funds and Advisory/PMS services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Wealth-Spectrum and Miles (Integra)
