OpenAir Administrator 


This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: OpenAir System Administrator


invenioLSI is looking for a System Administrator for Project Management Office (PMO). This position will be a key role as PMO is working on stabilizing all critical elements of Professional Services systems supported by PMO to enable optimum business operations. This role will have a special focus on administration, management, integration, support and enhancement activities for the supported systems.


To succeed in this role you must have experience administering OpenAir in:


  • Support reliable and effective use of supported systems by end users.
  • Perform validation in data between SAP and OpenAir.
  • Regularly perform configuration management activities, including ensuring that configuration changes are documented and follow organizational policies associated with access and cybersecurity.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and efficiency of supported systems and integrations with other internal systems including data reconciliation and synchronization.
  • Understanding of Integration Manager tool for mass updates to data.
  • Managing, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating supported systems.
  • Communicate directly with end users and coordinate with IT to solve technical issues.
  • Conduct training programs to bring users up to pace with new software installations or system changes.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to solve assigned business problems.

Qualifications:


  • Subject matter expertise in computer systems, web services architecture, database management systems with proven work experience in IT areas.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools.
  • Experience in application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically NetSuite, OpenAir, Darwinbox, SAP, Active Directory, Jira and Smartsheet, Integrations using APIs).
  • Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.

Willing to overlap few hours in US shift.
