Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software.
  • Work closely with the remote support team and other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
